Jesteśmy firmą rodzinną z województwa wielkopolskiego. Naszą specjalnością jest kompleksowa obsługa klientów w zakresie obróbki metalu oraz blach. Głównym profilem działalności jest tłoczenie blach. Dysponujemy 50 prasami hydraulicznymi i mechanicznymi o sile nacisku do 500t.

Na miejscu produkowane są części wykorzystywane w branży AGD, elektronicznej, wentylacjach przemysłowych, meblach, przemyśle motoryzacyjnym i budowlanym. Spawamy elementy z wykorzystaniem automatów plazmowych, TIG, MIG-MAG, oferujemy precyzyjne spawanie robotem, elementów stalowych, aluminiowych i kwasoodpornych. Uzupełnieniem pakietu usług jest precyzyjna obróbka metalu na wycinarkach laserowych i giętarkach. Malowanie proszkowe to kolejny proces w obróbce metalu, tutaj wykorzystujemy farby epoksydowe i poliestrowe. Przed malowaniem elementy poddawane są kąpieli fosforanowej lub nanoceramicznej.

Strategicznym produktem rozpoznawanym na całym świecie są kanistry metalowe 5, 10 i 20 litrowe z blachy stalowej i nierdzewnej. Kanistry wykorzystywane są w branży samochodowej, ogrodnictwie, żeglarstwie, służbie zdrowia, wojsku. Kanistry spełniają najostrzejsze wymogi bezpieczeństwa, o czym świadczą honorowane we wszystkich krajach europejskich certyfikaty TUV.

• Plastic working of thin metal sheets from 0.4 to 3.0 mm (steel, galvanized, acid-proof ). Stamping press department deals mainly with plastic working of metal sheets (die shearing, trimming, setting etc.).
• Significant part of the production process is welding of steel, aluminum and acid-proof elements. These services are carried out by means of MIG, TIG and MAG methods and plasma automatic machines.
• Lasers which we have at our disposal are Bystronic 3kW and Syncrono – Prima Industrie – 4kW. Thanks to the innovative construction solutions our lasers’ performance make it possible to reduce the cost of laser cutting service for our clients.
• Our services include metal sheet bending with the use of technologically advanced SAFAN E-Brake 150-3100 TS-2 C press brake.
• We offer powder coating and preparation of details’ surface. We have both automatic line, as well as booths for manual powder coating with applications which make it possible to use different types of dry powders.
• Our toolroom offers a wide range of tool-related services. We design and manufacture instrumentation for plastic working of metal sheets: stamping dies, blanking dies, welding fixtures, special production tools.
• We would like to present to our clients a brand new plasma oxygen CNC VX standard cutter.
